How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order After Preparing It?

The Tracking Number For My Order Is Not Working, What Should I Do?
Sometimes you have to wait a few hours for your tracking number to become active. If you have received an email with a tracking number which does not work, please be patient and wait at least 1 business day before contacting us.
How Long Do I Have To Wait For A Refund?
We try to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please give us 2-3 business days to process the return, and then 5-8 business days for the amount to be reissued to your credit card or bank.
Are The Refund Terms Also Valid During Sales?
We do not offer exchange or refund on products marked as “sale”.
Do I Have To Pay The Shipping Costs To Send Goods Back For A Return?
Please note that we allow returns within 21 days of the delivery however the shipping cost is at your charge.
